Teen / Adult Class

Adult students are invited and encouraged to take part in an actual class. The class will begin with a short introduction to the martial art covering the stances and basic kicks and punches. This will equip with you with all you need to take part in the remainder of the class. We hope you find the session useful and encourage you to ask as many questions as you can. You will find all our Instructors & students to be very friendly and accommodating.
